We are the Corporación para el Desarrollo Empresarial y Cultural de la Isleta de San Juan, Inc. (CD), better known as CODEVISA. Since our founding in 1986, our services have been aligned with the goals of the Municipality of San Juan to support the socioeconomic development of the Isleta de San Juan.

After more than 37 years, what is left to do? A lot. That is why we continue to focus on fostering, promoting, and supporting projects and services that encourage the economic, social, cultural, tourism, and urban development of the Isleta de San Juan, creating a direct benefit for merchants, residents, and visitors.

Our Logo

The CODEVISA logo is more than an artistic composition of letters and colors. It is a visual interpretation created by an outstanding artist from San Juan, Jorge Sierra, who designed the logo based on the unity of the communities within the Isleta de San Juan and their commercial, social, and cultural diversity. The logo represents a single voice from citizens who proudly feel part of our beautiful city of San Juan.

The Isleta de San Juan

Very few places in the world offer such a wide range of historical structures, shops, restaurants, beaches, an excellent waterfront, a marina, and even the official residence of the governor. The Isleta de San Juan is also home to the renowned Fiestas de la Calle San Sebastián, the largest cultural event in all of Puerto Rico—our local version of Rio Carnival or Mardi Gras.
