CODEVISA was founded by a group of private-sector individuals with the support of the Municipality and began operations on September 1, 1986, registering with the Puerto Rico Department of State in December of the same year. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors composed of twelve members representing diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, governmental, and public interests.
At CODEVISA, we put all our energy into supporting you. How? In many ways. From assisting you with your Outdoor Café/Kiosk application, guiding you on the necessary documents, providing transportation with our fleet of vehicles, and soon, offering support for your business operations through training programs.
As you can see, we can support you in various ways with one sole purpose: to help you achieve your goals. Why? The answer is simple: that was the vision of the group of pioneers who founded our organization.
